  • Parallel Growth & Change. We’ll work to change both your behaviors and how you are perceived by others. Leaders go through the process transparently – telling stakeholders what they are working to improve. Then feedback and FeedForward are pursued at regular intervals. This has the effect of helping people notice your growth.
