I offer mentoring for leaders of small businesses, non-profits or leaders in state, local or tribal governments. This is a six-month growth opportunity. It is available for small businesses that generate less than $1M in annual revenue and non-profits or government entities with budgets under $3M.

How It Works

Coaching is proactive (I guide the process and hold you accountable) whereas mentoring (this program) is reactive. This means I respond to questions you ask and issues you raise. You set the agenda; you drive the process.

There will be three additional planning meetings. We will meet at the beginning of the project to establish goals and priorities. We’ll meet again at the midpoint to evaluate progress and adjust. There will be a review meeting towards the end to assess overall progress, capture lessons learned and establish continuing priorities.

One of the great values of this option is that you have unlimited availability to me during my normal business hours. As often as you need me, whenever you need me. That could be daily, weekly or monthly. It’s your call.
